To honor the life of Greg Saner, who recently passed away after courageously battling multiple myeloma, LifeStream Cascade is proud to host the first annual blood and platelet drive in his name on November 14. Mobile collection for whole blood donors takes place at Family Life Community Church in Federal Way, while platelet donations are welcomed at LifeStream Cascade’s Donor Center.
During Greg’s treatment cycle, he received 14 blood and 12 platelet transfusions — gifts that gave him precious time with his loved ones. Now, his wife Laura, family and special friends like Shelley Pauls are paying that gift forward, inviting the community to join in this life-saving effort.
We encourage everyone to donate blood or platelets in Greg’s memory throughout the month of November. Donors are invited to share their personal reflections on heart-shaped cards, which will be displayed at the Donor Center, honoring Greg’s legacy and the power of giving.
Come help us celebrate this very special man by giving the gift of life to others. Visit lifestreamcascade.org or call 1-877-24-BLOOD to schedule an appointment or learn more.
