4. Minimum commitment of 4-5 hours depending on the assignment.
Support donor well-being post-donation by overseeing the canteen area, ensuring donors spend a minimum of 15 minutes replenishing with healthy snacks and beverages. Appreciation ambassadors offer care and assistance, making the post-donation experience safe and enjoyable. Opportunities for ambassadors are available at all LifeStream locations, offering flexible schedules to suit volunteers’ convenience.
The blood banking industry is rigorously regulated by federal, state, and local authorities, ensuring compliance through thorough inspections and recordkeeping. Office partners assist various departments in maintaining and organizing documentation.
